In this website, the term “British American Tobacco Middle East” or “British American Tobacco ME”, or “BAT ME” are all used to refer to the area business unit responsible for British American Tobacco’s operations in Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Syria, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen. This business unit is managed through Dubai based, British American Tobacco FZ-LLC (hereinafter “FZLLC”).
The term “British American Tobacco" is used to refer to British American Tobacco p.l.c. and the group of companies constituting its subsidiaries worldwide, including FZLLC.
Similarly, the use of the terms “we”, “us” and “our” are used, depending on the context, to refer to FZLLC and/or British American Tobacco.
