In this website, the term “British American Tobacco Middle East” or “British American Tobacco ME” or “BAT ME”, “we”, “us” and “our” are used to refer to the area business unit responsible for the sale of the British American Tobacco products in Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Syria, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen. This business unit is managed through British American Tobacco FZ-LLC (hereinafter “FZLLC”), based in Dubai.
The term “British American Tobacco", “the Group” and “the British American Tobacco Group” are used to refer to British American Tobacco p.l.c. and the group of companies constituting its direct and indirect subsidiaries worldwide, including FZLLC.

c) Access to and accuracy of your information
FZLLC strives to keep your personal information accurately recorded.
